The Objective of this speech is:
  1. Select an appropriate outline which attracts listeners to follow & understand the speech
  2. Give  a clear message
  3. use appropriate transitions when moving one state to another state
  4. Create a strong opening & conclusion.

As per the Competent Communicator manual (Toastmaster's bible) has a clear guidance of how to start the journey. Let me mention some of them which may help you: “ Nobody expects you to be a world-class orator.
